TensCare Elise Pelvic Floor Exerciser

Decided to try this after having private treatment of similar nature but effects were wearing off. This is small and easy to use. Effective results from as little as two sessions. Convenient to do at home. Three options and I have used two. I have seen a vast improvement but not sure if some of this is muscle memory from my previous treatment, either way this works very well. I was going to purchase a more expensive one but glad I tried this first as no need.

This is the first time I’ve used a product like this. I had an operation and this has helped in recovery. It is very easy use and has helped so far! I have noice a difference myself in strength in my pelvic floor. I use 3-4 times a week. I wish I had got one sooner!

Took a bit of getting used to but now find the experience quite relaxing. Take care not to insert the probe too deeply as it can be quite painful. I'm trying to build up pelvic strength and I've tried all the programmes but the one I have stuck with is the Stress programme. I have been using the device for about an hour a day total but only for about 2 weeks so I don't know yet how effective it's been.

The Elise 2 is easy to you and is comfortable. Look to see what my final results are. The only thing is I wish it would have come with an American plug adapter
