This wasn’t purchased for the usual method of use ... my puppy has breathing difficulties which can sometimes be helped by steam. I bought this because I knew it would be delivered swiftly and be a good product (or it wouldn’t be on this website) - it works really well: controlled heat, steam in abundance, easy to use. What more can you ask for?!
