Defective
I wish I could give a more positive review but as mine didn’t even turn on (and yes I charged it (several times), read the instructions, followed the steps), I can’t as it did absolutely nothing for me. I did contact customer service and they understandably told me to return it but I had no interest in queuing in a busy post office in the middle of a pandemic so I’ve paid a rather large vanity tax.
