This has worked brilliantly for me. I had some really dry rough patches as a side effect of medication. This little tool removed at least 70% off the sides of my face. My skin has greatly improved and is nearly back to "normal".

But can be rather sensitive on face.
I find buttons be too sensitive kerp switching off.
