Why it works
Therabody Theragun PRO's percussive therapy is calibrated at an optimum amplitrude of 16mm. This means a deeper, more powerful muscle massage that encourages blood to flow to your muscles and flushes out toxins for faster muscle recovery.

Step 1: Choose one of the six attachments for your treatment and turn on the device.
Step 2: Connect to the Therabody app to see personalised treatments.
Step 3: Tab through 5 speed settings using the + and - buttons.
Step 4: You can select one of the preset programs with the < and > arrows.
Step 5: Hold the Therabody Theragun PRO perpendicular to your skin while treating.
Step 6: To power off the device, press and hold the centre button.

Solid performance, feels like it really gets into the muscles good ergonomics wish it could be slightly lighter weight for hard to reach shoulder area but really good product with impressive battery life before recharge

The gun is wonderfully powerful, brought initially for my wife - who suffers with tight calf muscles and has been useful. Battery life is good and settings are fine. App is a little basic but you dont really need to use that aspect - so can't complain.
Would highly recommend.
