    Step 1: Connect to the FAQ™ app and complete the quick safety course.

    Step 2: Apply the Manuka Honey Primer to clean, dry skin and turn on your device.

    Step 3: Press the EMS, RF and LED buttons to alternate treatments.

    Step 4: Gently glide the base across your skin. Once complete, turn off your device.

    Step 5: Massage any excess product into your skin and continue with the rest of your skincare regimen.

    Simply wash your waterproof device in warm, soapy water before patting dry with a gentle, lint-free cloth. Use a few sprays of the FAQ™ Silicone Cleaning Spray before rinsing away with warm water to sterilise completely. It’s the ideal alternative to harsh alcohol and acetone cleaners.

    Do not use over red skin, raised moles, major arteries (eg. carotid), enlarged capillaries, metal implants, infected areas, or areas with no feeling in them.

    Do not use the device to treat rosacea, moles, warts, open sores, cancerous lesions, or any skin condition.
