    HOW TO USE

    Step 1: Connect to the FAQ™ app and complete the quick safety course.

    Step 2: Apply the Manuka Honey Primer to clean, dry skin and turn on your device.

    Step 3: Press the EMS, RF and LED buttons to alternate treatments.

    Step 4: Gently glide the base across your skin. Once complete, turn off your device.

    Step 5: Massage any excess product into your skin and continue with the rest of your skincare regimen.

    CLEANING YOUR FAQ™ 102

    Simply wash your waterproof device in warm, soapy water before patting dry with a gentle, lint-free cloth. Use a few sprays of the FAQ™ Silicone Cleaning Spray before rinsing away with warm water to sterilise completely. It’s the ideal alternative to harsh alcohol and acetone cleaners.

    Rejuvenating treatments with FAQ™ 102 Pink Ruby should be comfortable – if you experience any discomfort or irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.

    Do not use on the chest / breast area, eye area (circular muscle within the orbital rim), mid-line (bone) of neck, or the genitals / groin area.

    Do not use over red skin, raised moles, major arteries (eg. carotid), enlarged capillaries, metal implants, infected areas, or areas with no feeling in them.

    Do not use the device to treat rosacea, moles, warts, open sores, cancerous lesions, or any skin condition.

    Do not use if you have any existing medical conditions such as epilepsy, a hemorrhagic disease, cancer, tumours, or perceptual disturbance.

    Do not use if you have had a laser treatment, chemical peel, or have any other form of injured or damaged skin.

    Do not use if you have had cosmetic surgery on your face.

    Really excellent

    I'm so happy with the FAQ 102, it's really excellent. I've tried RF before so I'm on pro mode for now, and I can tell it's effective because my skin is much more toned and it has regained some elasticity. I also like the EMS after trying microcurrent, and I think EMS is more my style and suits my needs better. The device itself is very easy to use, it doesn't take up too much time for me to do the treatments and as a result, I have cut back on retinol use too.

    Impressive

    This RF and EMS device is quite impressive, I've already progressed to Pro Mode and I'm really enjoying how my skin is looking more toned, firmer and clearer. My pores seem smaller, some wrinkles in problematic areas have become smoothened out. I love how the device is really easy to us, the treatments aren't too complicated to master and I look exactly like I was hoping to.

    It takes time

    Early days with the device. It takes time to see results with this device so I'm persevering. It is easy to use, the video instructions are easy to follow but it would be useful to have more indepth written details more easily available. They suggest that you can apply the serum and work all over the face - this doesn't work - the serum dries in too quickly so you have to stop and apply serum to the area you're going to work. Its not uncomfortable to use and cleans easily. Not sure how effective its going to be at this stage but I'm enjoying using it. I've given 4 stars for the lack of easily available written information, the serum absorbing too quickly and the length of time to see results.
