HOW IT WORKS
LED (light-emitting diode) light therapy has been used by aestheticians to improve a multitude of skin concerns, without any downtime.
The FAQ™ 202 Silicone LED Mask features 8 clinically proven wavelengths. Red (420nm), near-infrared (850nm) and purple (450nm) to reduce the signs of ageing, such as fine lines, wrinkles and sagging skin. Blue (650nm), cyan (463nm) and yellow (570nm) soothe inflammation, redness while fading hyperpigmentation and blemishes. Green (519nm) and orange (590nm) wavelengths brighten the skin for an effortless, healthy and glowing complexion.
Each wavelength goes deep within the skin to activate specific cells to transform your skin from the inside out.
HOW TO USE
Step 1: Clean your skin and pat dry. Apply FAQ™ Primer if desired.
Step 2: Comfortably secure the mask using the non-slip headband.
Step 3: Turn on your device and select your LED colour on the FAQ™ app.
Step 4: Sit back and relax for 5 to 15 minutes.
Step 5: When ready, turn off your device and wipe down before safely storing.
APP-CONNECTED
Connect with the FAQ™ app to personalise your LED wavelength colour, with the option to activate or disable near-infrared. Simply use the FAQ™ 202 Silicone LED Mask 3 to 5 times per week for dramatic results in just 5 to 15 minutes.
CLEANING YOUR FAQ™ 202 SILICONE LED MASK
Always clean your FAQ™ devices thoroughly after use. For optimal results, use a few sprays of the FAQ™ Silicone Cleaning Spray. Wet a lint-free cloth or towel with warm, soapy water and thoroughly to completely sterilise. It’s the ideal alternative to harsh alcohol and acetone cleaners.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
FAQ™ LED Masks should be comfortable – if you experience any discomfort or prolonged skin redness, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.
Do not pull the headband too tight, or you may damage the silicone mask.
Do not use on wound ulceration, trauma, and post-operative wounds.
Do not use if you have light-sensitivity or sunburnt or inflamed skin.
Do not stare directly at the LED lights.
Before charging, make sure that the plug and socket are completely dry. Failure to do so may result in electric shock, short circuit, or fire.
Do not use the device while charging. Discontinue use if this device or charger is not working properly or appears damaged in any way. Only use the power cord supplied with your device.
Given the efficiency of the FAQ™ LED Masks, we recommend that you do not use FAQ™ 202 Silicone LED Mask for more than 15 minutes at a time.
It is recommended that IEC60950 standard power suppliers are used to charge the device.
