Step 1: Clean your skin and pat dry.
Step 2: Apply your FOREO conductive serum evenly across the skin in a thin, mask-like layer. Reapply as needed throughout your session.
Step 3: Press the universal button to turn on your device. Adjust the microcurrent intensity by quick-pressing the button again, once for each level.
Step 4: Access more settings via the FOREO app.
Step 5: Press all 4 metallic spheres to your skin and, with medium pressure, slowly glide the device upward over the legs, buttocks, abs and arms as desired.
Expert Advice: Shave any excessive hair in the treatment area as it can create a tingling sensation.
Before first use, download the FOREO ‘For You’ app to register your device and activate the warranty.
Always clean thoroughly after use. Wash the metallic spheres and silicone surface with water and soap, then rinse with warm water. Pat dry with a lint-free, non-abrasive cloth or towel. After use, we recommend spraying the device with FOREO’s Silicone Cleaning Spray and rinsing with warm water for optimal results.
Never use cleaning products containing alcohol, petrol or acetone, as they may irritate the skin and damage the silicone.
After a full charge, the FOREO BEAR™ 2 body has up to 300 minutes of use.

I like the tool, the skin is tighter after use.However more time of regular usage is needed to see longer term results. Some of the treatments are additionally paid by subscription.

I use it every day for maybe a month now and it feels nice to have a pamper session alongside my mini bear for face. I can't be sure but I think I see a difference. I use it on my fat pouches and prob would see more if I also used it on muscle areas as I can see more definition in the muscle next to my fat pouches, if that makes sense!. It's a bit time consuming and slips out of your hand when you have aloe Vera gel slathered all over as is. Maybe a grippy handle should be added to the next version.

I have only had it for about a month and I really like it! Very easy to use and it actually works! The biggest thing I noticed was my cellulite reducing on the back of my legs! If you are the type to want to do your own treatments on your time and in the comfort in your own home, I highly recommend it!

It has exceeded my expectations, honestly! I've used it on my abs and thighs so far, and it has definitely had quite the impact. It's really easy to squeeze in a treatment whenever I feel like it, doesn't feel like a chore and I really like it so far.

This is actually helpful! I realise that without exercise, I can't really expect toned legs free of cellulite, but it supplements exercise nicely when it comes to toning the flabby skin left over from weight loss. It's quite easy to use, and I'm currently using it on the highest intensity. I feel more confident about wearing shorts and skirts now.
