I’d been looking for and wasting money on devices to help with pelvic floor exercises. Now I’ve found the Intimina weighted exerciser I can stop looking. I have found it to be a simple but effective design, discreet and most of all, it works! Great customer service too. 10/10 from a happy customer.

I believe that we need to exercise all parts of our body and pelvic floor as well. Especially if you gave birth and the strength of your pelvic floor got weaker. It is really necessary if you don’t want to end up with urinary incontinence. I started out with smaller weight and ended up with 48g. It is great that I could level up my kegel exercises. I just use these now.

I wanted to strengthen my muscles even more, but this time using weight, not just my muscle power. It has helped me a lot. The sensation is also very nice. It is easier to exercise. Silicone is a great solution because it is antibacterial and very gentle. This ball works and it is fun.
