I like the timer on this and the fact that it's flexible and mostly lightweight. I have been using a handheld LED device for a few years so it's hard to say if the Neck Perfector has "worked" as I bought it to be a more hands-free maintenance of what my handheld devices have achieved. And since the condition of my skin had remained the same, it seems to be doing its job. I also like that the charge lasts a long time.
The problem is that it is so awkward to put on and wear. I think it was supposed to come with two different length velcro straps - I received just one, and that one is long enough to wear as a belt around my waist. It is hard to cinch it because it is so long, it wraps around my neck almost three times and then the ends have to be origami-ed to make it close. And it never really holds the device firmly against my skin since it the velcro slips and loosens with any move I make. And the decolletage portion never lies flat because the charging interface and cord that permanently hangs off one corner of it are heavy and pulls it off kilter. Plus, it's awkward to thread the cord through my shirt, especially after wrestling with the velcro neck strap.
I had hoped to be able to wear this while doing other things, but the constant adjustments I have to make to it to get it to stay on and flat to my skin means it's easier to just sit there like a statue.
